This large and impressive Empire-style dresser feature Beechwood veneer frames and solid tiger Maple drawer fronts. The quality of the wood is exceptional and its rippling texture can be felt by the fingertip. Though the piece was meant to be used as a pair they are subtly different. All drawers slide smoothly. Originally brown in color, they have been refinished to ebony.
