A Square French Cafe Table

This small cafe table has a cast iron base and a solid hardwood top. The piece has compact dimensions but is very heavy and sturdy. The base has a desirably rusty patina from long use. The top is finished in black lacquer, which has a worn and scratched appearance., particularly at the corners. It can be preserved as-is or lightly refinished at no additional charge. Though the style of the piece looks much older, it dates to about 1960.
