The Green Temple

A wooden construction made from Indian cement molds.  Each mold was part of a library of forms that were used to create precast cement panels.  The panels were fitted onto the exterior walls of temples and then brightly painted.  This vibrant shade of green is often found on old buildings and even furniture.  It represents the vitality of young, unfurling banana leaves.
