Chinese Robe Rack

Sturdy and lightweight, racks like this one were used to hold robes and other articles of clothing in a wealthy Chinese home. This rack features beautiful structural braces and latticework and is finished in natural oxblood lacquer. It dates to the 19th Century; wear consistent with age and use.
