The Golden Triangle’s Breathing Space Sanctuary is a restorative wellness environment designed to nurture calmness, presence, and reconnection. Blending ritual, sensory design, and mindfulness, the sanctuary offers an immersive journey inward—inviting guests to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and return to balance.
Envisioned and designed by Vanessa Palmer in collaboration with The Golden Triangle in Chicago, the experience unfolds as a carefully choreographed journey inward, guiding visitors through a sequence of ceremonial and sensory thresholds.
At the heart of the sanctuary is the Santai Wellness Chaise, a vibroacoustic recliner designed to gently hold the body in comfort and ease. Through therapeutic vibration, sound frequencies, and guided breathwork, guests are invited into a deeply calming meditative state. With access to a library of over 80 immersive wellness journeys, each experience becomes personal, grounding, and transformative.

The surrounding space has been thoughtfully developed using MindCurate’s Neurosensory Wellness Design Protocol, where lighting, texture, acoustics, and spatial flow are carefully calibrated to support emotional well-being and sensory harmony.

The experience begins with a grounding foot-bathing ritual, enters into the quiet sanctuary of the breathing space, and concludes with tea and gratitude journaling—creating space for reflection, integration, and mindful re-entry into daily life.
The Breathing Space Sanctuary is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect—where modern wellness technology and timeless ritual come together to create a holistic experience of rest, renewal, and inner calm.
